FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS *

Timelines
Financial assistance is awarded three times a year, please see Lundstrum calendar for deadlines. Recipients will be notified before the start of the session. If you have missed the deadline, you may submit an application and be “wait-listed” until the following grant round.

Recipient Evaluation
Each session, recipients will be evaluated for attendance, commitment, and class progress. Poor behavior, attendance, notable lack of commitment, and lack of reasonable class progress may result in the revocation or non-renewal of the financial assistance.

Payment Plan Review
Monthly payment plans will be reviewed throughout the session to make sure payments are current. Account balances must be kept current with and paid in full in order to apply for future financial assistance.

Volunteer Requirement
Families receiving financial assistance are asked to volunteer for one project, per session, per child. A volunteer coordinator will contact families about different volunteer projects (cleaning, child supervision, costume help, etc.) they can sign up for during the session.

Exclusive Rights to Perform & Train
I give Lundstrum Center exclusive rights to the performance and training of each financial assistance recipient throughout the session the grant is awarded. Training or performing outside of Lundstrum without written permission from the Artistic Director, Kerry Casserly, is in violation of this clause and may result in the immediate revocation of current and future grant awards.

Permission to Photograph & Videography
I give my permission for Lundstrum Center for the Performing Arts to include my son/daughter’s first name, photograph, video, and/or story in fundraising appeals in order to generate more scholarships for students of the Lundstrum Center. The child’s last name will not be used. Please note that your financial assistance will not be affected if you choose not to share your story.
